For this reason, teachers should consider the information contained in the WIDA PRIME documents to determine how particular materials fit in their program.

An engaging combination of video, audio, text, and images provide equity of access for all levels of learners. The final component is a unique acculturation support module that presents practical insights into American school life and norms so Newcomer students can feel more comfortable in (and better maneuver around) their new school environment.
